How Does the "Homebuyer Rebate"  Program Work

 

To Qualify for your Home Buyer Rebate is very simple. Just follow 3 steps provide below and we will do the rest!


Step 1:

* Apply on line.

* Read & Fax back the Exclusive Buyers Agreement. You will be matched with a
  top realtor with in your chosen area.

* Question: Have you been Qualified. 

   If yes, go to step 2. Also, if paying with cash skip to step 2

   If no, in order to negotiate on your behalf it is very important for us to know how
   much home you can comfortably afford. This step is called the Pre Qualification
   stage. You can chose from one of our Local lenders or you can have your own. The
   benefit of being approved in advance enables you as a buyer to have more
   creditability when it comes to sellers accepting your offer.


Step 2:

Search for houses - Tell us about the type of home you are looking for. If you would like to see the inside of any House, contact us first; and we will schedule showings and make appointments with the agents, sellers, or builders.

Making Offer: Once you have selected a Home we will provide a comparative market analysis to make sure the home is properly priced. Step 3:

Closing the Deal. When you close on your new home you will receive a HUD Settlement Statement. Mail or fax this document in and your rebate check will be mail out with in 2 business. Like we said before, it is that simple.
