Option 2 New Homes
We offer a cash back rebate
up to 1.5% on New Home Construction or Pre
Construction Real Estate.
The cost is
absolutely free to you. Home builders
offer a standard Commission of 3%
to licensed Real Estate Agents.
Regardless, if you have an agent to
represent you or not, Home builders still
can't make you pay a different price or offer
you a
better deal. It is
absolutely direct violation against Fair Housing laws.
If you do not have an Agent to represent you,
the sales price will remain the same, except
the on- site agent or builder retains the
extra 3% commissions as additional profits
at your expense. Remember even though the on
site agents can be friendly, polite,
informative, and very helpful, they can not
and will not represent you because they only
work for the Home Builder.
The law stipulates that a builder can only
pay a commission to a licensed real estate
agent.
So, if youre purchasing a new home we can
represent you exclusively,
and you will still be entitled to
ALL
the Buyer
Incentives, upgrades, or discounts provided by the Home
Builder. Our Rebate is given in addition to
any other special incentives the Home
Builder may have at the time.
Our Buyers Rebate Program
simply rewards Home Buyers who actively want
to find their new home on their own. In
exchange for their efforts, we they are rewarded in the form of a *1.5%
buyer's rebate. it is just that simple.

All rebate offers apply to:
Any
new home community. Any home listed for sale
in Georgia regardless or where it is
located, or where you find it.( It can be on
another agent's website, this website, news
paper, or a home you saw while driving
around, it doesn't matter).

necessary paperwork.
