Finding a Home Service Provider that can not only provide you with quality services, but can finish the job at hand, can be quite challenging in the current Housing & Real Estate Industry. At BOS, we understand and know that your time and financial resources are too important to waste.

To insure that your best interest is protected, we will on a continual basis weed out deceptive and scrupulous service providers that are a detriment to you our Consumers. Our goal is to connect you with local qualified, screened, Home Service Providers in your area.

With that being said, all Home Services Providers that wish to be listed in our directory have to go through our 5 Point Screening Process. We check each applicant's background and verify that all applicants meet the standard requirements imposed by local and state authorities.

In order for a Company to stay listed in our Business directory, that Company must have their customer's account in a positive status at all times. We perform the following ( if applicable), but not limited to:

Background Check:

Criminal Records Search
Sex Offender Status
Identity Verification
Business Aliases
Civil Judgments, Lawsuit, & Liens

Business Verification:

Liability Insurance
Workers Compensation Insurance
Required Licensing ( local or state )
State Business Filings
Customer References

Service Provider Verification:

We personally interview every Home Service Provider listed in our Business Directory.
We contact all Home Service Provider's past & previous customers that they submit to us.
We will check the Better Business Bureau to ensure that Home Service Provider has no outstanding customer complaints.
