Fiduciary Obligations to Seller
Care
Our agents will use their Skills & Knowledge
to help you arrive at an appropriate and realistic selling price. All pertinent
information that will affect the sale of your home will be disclosed accordingly
and reasonable efforts will be made to market your property effectively.
Obedience
All instructions relating to the sales transaction will be obeyed, legally, per your request.
Loyalty
Your personal interests will be placed above all other parties.
Accountability
All monies will be placed into an escrow account
until closing. However, if the buyer backs out of the deal, without sufficient
reason or via contract contingencies, the Earnest Money will be distributed
to you for the sole purpose of liquidated damages.
Confidentiality
No vital information will be shared with any party to the transaction, without your permission.
Disclosure
You, the principal, will be kept informed of all facts and information that could affect the transaction. All offers and buyer interests in your property will be disclosed appropriately.
